(More customer reviews)Outstanding service, delivery was quick. I chose normal shippment and it arrived in less than a week. Assembly was easy. Finally upon finishing putting it together (not many parts (hardware - minimum screws and fittings), only tool needed was a screwdriver. It exceeded my expections. The chair is very comfortable and looks great. Great chair to sit, kick up my feet on the ottoman, and read books and even do some work on my computer.
